The Sustainability District, located in Hall B1, is a space entirely dedicated to promoting sustainable practices across the 5 exhibition supply chains, creating a direct link between conscious consumers and responsible producers.
At the heart of the Sustainability District, a dedicated stage hosts a rich programme of talks and panels focused on emerging sustainability topics. Industry experts, innovators, and changemakers share insights, best practices, and visions for a more responsible future in the world of coffee and cocoa.
The on-site projects
Bean to Bar
Bean to Bar is a dedicated space designed to showcase the entire chocolate-making process, from the cocoa bean to the finished product. A place where artisanal mastery turns chocolate into pure excellence.
The area is created in collaboration with Guido Castagna, a renowned chocolatier and roaster.
Within this space, visitors have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of artisan chocolate technologies, discovering the innovations and techniques that make Bean to Bar production truly unique.

Origin Countries Area
The presence of origin countries such as Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia, Ethiopia, and others offers a unique opportunity to showcase the roots of coffee and cocoa, promote sustainable agriculture, encourage ethical practices along the supply chain, and engage industry professionals.
