In this dedicated corner of the Sustainability District, micro roasters and tea curators showcase their signature blends, the result of deep passion and meticulous craftsmanship.
The area offers visitors an exclusive opportunity to explore the latest trends in the sourcing, handling, roasting, brewing, and distribution of both coffee and tea.
Bean To Bar
The Bean to Bar is a space designed to reveal the entire chocolate production process, from the cocoa bean to the final product. A place where craftsmanship transforms chocolate into pure excellence.
The area is realised in collaboration with Guido Castagna, renowned chocolate roaster.
Within this space, visitors have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of technologies related to artisanal chocolate, discovering the innovations and techniques that make Bean to Bar production unique.

The presence of countries of origin such as Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia, Ethiopia, etc. offers a unique opportunity to tell the story of the roots of coffee and cocoa, promote sustainable agriculture, encourage ethical practices along the supply chain, and involve professionals in the sector.
